That’s why we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist for LATAM who will play a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across the region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys doing a bit of everything: from events and campaigns to email marketing and partner activations. You’ll be at the center of our demand generation efforts, working closely with our partners and internal teams to drive pipeline and brand awareness across LATAM. Are you ready for the challenge? About the role We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile marketer to support and execute demand generation initiatives in LATAM, with a strong focus on partner marketing and regional campaigns . During your first months, you’ll focus on executing campaigns, supporting events, and launching quick wins while gaining a deep understanding of our market and partner ecosystem. Over time, you’ll take on more ownership of initiatives and become a key player in scaling demand generation across LATAM. In a few words: A mid-level, high-impact role for a generalist marketer who enjoys executing, testing, and scaling marketing initiatives with direct impact on pipeline and revenue. What will you be doing? Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across LATAM (email, events, paid, and co-marketing initiatives). Support and coordinate partner marketing activities , including webinars, events, and joint campaigns. Plan and execute online and offline events (from logistics to follow-ups). Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, invitations, nurturing flows). Collaborate on demand generation strategies and help bring them to life with a strong execution focus. Track and report on performance (leads, demos, conversions), ensuring visibility of results. Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align efforts with business goals. Help create and adapt marketing materials and content for LATAM audiences. You’re a great fit if you: Have experience in B2B marketing , ideally in tech or SaaS. Are a generalist marketer who enjoys working across campaigns, events, and content. Have hands-on experience with: Events (webinars, field events, partner activations) Email marketing / CRM (HubSpot is a plus) Campaign execution (paid, organic, co-marketing) Understand how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue generation . Are comfortable working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders . Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects at once. Use data to track performance and optimize campaigns . Communicate clearly in Spanish and English . We’ll truly value someone who: Makes marketing feel human, practical, and useful, not corporate.
