Role Title: Corporate Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work
Review and analyze complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.
Provide accurate, detailed input on nuanced legal scenario assessments to inform AI model training.
Evaluate commercial litigation materials, identifying critical legal principles and procedural details.
Deliver expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches as part of project deliverables.
Support the creation and refinement of legal data sets by annotating, categorizing, and explaining key issues in corporate law.
Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice.
Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to align on rubrics and quality expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Active license to practice law in the United States.
Recent experience (current or within the last 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets.
