About the Role

As the Data Analytics Manager (POD SPOC), you will lead a dedicated pod that serves as the single point of contact for analytics delivery, error detection, and over‑payment mitigation. You will coordinate a cross‑functional, fully asynchronous team of data engineers, analysts, and domain experts spread across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration without the need for synchronous meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle for the pod, from data ingestion to actionable insights that reduce claim errors.
