Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks, Reconciliation & Multi-Entity Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities.

This is a hands-on financial operations role — not basic bookkeeping. You’ll ensure financial data stays accurate, organized, and reliable , while identifying discrepancies and improving reporting workflows.

If you’re strong with QuickBooks, reconciliations, and Google Sheets/Excel and naturally spot inconsistencies in financial data, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own Accounting & Reconciliations

Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities

Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in QuickBooks

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries

Build and maintain financial trackers in Google Sheets / Excel

Ensure consistency between accounting systems and reports

Organize financial data for clear leadership visibility

Expense & Transaction Tracking

Track property-level expenses, CapEx, interest, and other financial activity

Ensure transactions are properly categorized

Maintain accurate supporting documentation

Identify missing entries, errors, or inconsistencies

Bank & Vendor Coordination

Follow up with banks and vendors when needed

Verify transactions, balances, and supporting information

Ensure external records align with internal financial data

Process Improvement

Identify inefficient or repetitive financial workflows

Improve trackers, reporting systems, and documentation

Build repeatable processes that improve accuracy and scalability

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations

Hands-on QuickBooks experience; multi-entity experience strongly preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Clear written and verbal English communication

Availability during U.S. business hours

Multi-entity or property-based accounting experience

Experience tracking CapEx and property-level expenses

Financial reporting experience

Familiarity with Google Drive and Slack

Experience improving accounting processes or financial systems
