Ship and review.

Publish content, tools, and pages fast, then review what worked and iterate.

Reach out.

Hunt down collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements (Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, PR) that grow topical authority.

Run experiments.

Form the hypothesis, launch it, read the signal, log it, move on.

Kill the zombies fast.
