About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for software engineers, architects, and product specialists, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with global hiring managers and project leads to define role requirements, create compelling job briefs, and deliver qualified pipelines on schedule.
• Uphold quality standards by tracking key metrics (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire) and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and diversity goals.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and internal stakeholders, resolve bottlenecks, and provide transparent status updates in our ATS.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or headhunting, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and ATS platforms; strong analytical skills with data‑driven sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to manage multiple time zones and prioritize tasks independently.
