Apply client-specific playbooks and structured negotiation frameworks.

Manage high-volume document workflows, meeting defined turnaround times and service levels.

Support multiple concurrent transactions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Collaborate with a global legal team to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

Contribute to ongoing process improvements and delivery efficiencies.

Provide feedback to product teams to enhance AI tools and workflows.

LLB (or equivalent legal qualification)

1–3 years’ experience in transactional legal work/ contract review or or similar high-volume legal environments.

Demonstrated experience reviewing NDAs and/or similar commercial agreements.

Experience working within structured legal frameworks, templates, or playbooks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.

Excellent written and spoken English (essential for international client work).

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting private equity, M&A, or financing transactions (in a support capacity)

Background in law firms / in-house legal teams / Big Four legal practices/ Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs)

Experience working with US or cross-border clients

Exposure to legal technology, document automation, or AI-enabled workflow.

Please submit your application and CV in English. Advanced English proficiency is required to support our international clients and global team.

Global Benefits

Hybrid and remote working options, with the ability to request to work from other countries (upon request)

Paid Sick Leave days per year to recover or care for family.
