This role is accountable for ensuring the region attains sales and margin objectives for CooperVision products. Provides leadership through coaching, developing, and directing a team of Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance. Serves as the primary leader responsible for translating commercial strategy into regional execution plans that drive sustainable growth. Leads by example and partners cross-functionally to improve field execution, enhance customer outcomes, and develop future sales talent.
