In this role, you will work across cloud operations, automation, monitoring, and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform.

You'll collaborate closely with development and operations teams while helping drive the adoption of AI-assisted operations (AIOps) .

This is a remote role within the Netherlands or Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration as needed.

What you will do Your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, certificates, VPN, and security controls Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency Platform Engineering & Automation Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible Manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and deployment processes Support application deployments and platform integrations Administer and secure Linux-based environments (Oracle Linux and Ubuntu), ensuring stability, compliance and operational excellence.

Monitoring & Reliability Maintain observability, alerting, and operational dashboards Improve incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence AIOps & Innovation Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted tooling where it delivers measurable value Help drive the evolution from traditional DevOps towards intelligent operations What we are looking for Required skills & experience Hands-on DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Operations background Linux administration — Oracle Linux and/or Ubuntu OCI or comparable hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and/or Ansible CI/CD with Jenkins and GitLab; Kubernetes cluster operations Networking fundamentals:
