Job Description
pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development comapny and AdTech startup. We build web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe. Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.
We are looking for a Proposal/Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and bring a data-driven approach to acquiring new clients.
Requirements
Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level) Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language

Responsibilities And Duties
Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources Carefully review client requirements and craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with their needs Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning, and consistency with our brand voice Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and ensure consistent daily output Analyze data from proposal activity to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities in proposals Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes
