ECS is seeking a Web Software Developer to work remotely . Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. We are seeking a Web Software Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable, cloud‑native web applications on AWS. This role focuses on modern containerized architectures, Kubernetes-based deployments, and full‑stack web development. Candidates will work in an agile, cloud‑first environment. Responsibilities: Design and develop cloud‑native web applications using AWS infrastructure Deploy and manage applications in Amazon EKS Build, containerize, and maintain services using Docker and Kubernetes Develop scalable backend services using: Node.js Python Django Go (nice to have) Build and maintain modern front‑end applications using React Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability Follow best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Strong experience with AWS-native infrastructure Hands-on experience deploying applications to EKS Solid understanding of Kubernetes , Docker , or other scalable container technologies Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Django Front‑end development experience with React Experience building and supporting scalable web applications
