In this role you will influence commercial success, providing an outstanding opportunity for career growth and visibility within our commercial and sales operations organizations! The candidate must work closely with internal customers and current team members to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Having analytical skills, business insight, good judgement, accountability and the ability to collaborate will be essential to growth in a multifaceted, cross-functional setting.
What will you do? Support sales incentive compensation for North American Laboratory Products field sales teams.
Involvement in sales compensation plan design for team members who are eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.
Ensure accurate data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of changes.
Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support.

We successfully operate by building credibility and positive professional relationships, where strong commercial orientation and experience supporting sales teams is a plus.
The candidate must have outstanding analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while being self-motivated with a high bias for action and accountability.
Having the ability to balance priorities, bring high energy and have a passion for excelling will be a crucial part of your success in this role.
Education
BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or a related business field (MBA a plus) Minimum of 3+ years of increasingly responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst Role supporting cross-functional teams Strong proficiency in Excel.
Experience with the following
Cognos (or equivalent data warehouse tool), Xactly Incent (or equivalent compensation management tool), and PowerPoint are a strong plus Ability to travel to corporate events as needed Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00–$90,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
