Coinspaid Dev emerges as an independent engineering brand with a straightforward mission: to advance blockchain infrastructure engineering and contribute practical expertise back to the industry. The structure is new. The experience behind it is not. Responsibilities:
Do requirements analysis, manual and automated testing
Be responsible for releasing products
Develop test documentation (checklist, test cases, quality reports) for manual and automation testing
Understanding the Test Pyramid Model. Work together with Dev engineers to ensure high, consistent code quality.
Maintain and expand the automation testing framework
Do functional and exploratory testing, including backend/api, message queue, blockchain, cryptocurrency exchanges. Execute all general types of testing.
Participate in testing tools development (including fake test services)
Participate in quality processes architecture, estimations, test cases design
Participate in CI/CD process improvement
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, manual and automation testing
Experience in automation microservices
Experience in test automation frameworks development from scratch ( Tech stack: Python + Pytest, Kuberneties, Gitlab CI, Grafana)
Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, good understanding of CI/CD (we use ArgoCD and Gitlab)
Experience with queues Kafka/NSQ/NATS/Rabbit (we use NSQ)
Experience with ELK, Sentry, other monitoring/alerting tools
Deep understanding of QA approaches, testing principles, testing types, zero bug policy, test pyramid approach, tests coverage distribution and other
Experience in functional/non-functional testing (load testing, integration, acceptance testing, exploratory, security testing)
Excellent in understanding of the SDLC from requirements analysis, development, deployment to application monitoring
Independence and proactivity
Ability to quickly learn new things
Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
Nice to have
User experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or with traditional trading markets
Blockchain experience. General understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other popular blockchains would be a plus
fastAPI/Flask experience. Test services are written in fastAPI/Flask. They need to be maintained and expanded
GO experience. Services are written in GO. It could be useful to be able to read GO code
