Job Description Lead Integration Architecture & Development Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databases Drive Data Mapping & Transformation Strategy:

Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches, ensuring consistency, performance, and best practices across integration flows.

Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse.

Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems.

Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and drive successful delivery across teams.

Qualifications Platform Expertise: 8+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes.

Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns.

Technical Mentorship - Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback.

Decision-Making & Ownership - Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs.

Fluency in English language is a must.
