About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for senior‑level IT roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers across time zones, conduct virtual stakeholder workshops, and deliver quarterly talent pipelines aligned with business roadmaps.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards, track key metrics (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, candidate satisfaction) and meet agreed‑upon SLAs and deadlines.
• Champion transparent communication, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and document best practices in our recruitment knowledge base.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of proven IT recruitment experience, preferably within a remote or distributed environment.
• Mastery of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow), and data‑driven sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong time‑management skills, and ability to thrive in an async workflow.
• Fully equipped home office (high‑speed internet, webcam, headset) and legal authorization to work as an independent contractor for a US‑based client.
