Job Description W have an immediate opening for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA.

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program Assist with various other marketing-related tasks Qualifications RequiredTechnical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required ) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).
