Status: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours)

Work hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F

Overview

Responsible foridentifying, analyzing, andoptimizingoperational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements,monitoroutcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.

Education Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED

Master’s degree preferred

Certification/License

Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred

Experience

5 years ofprocess improvement or healthcare management REQUIRED

The base pay range for full-time employment is $105,185.60 - $167,003.20 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
