Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure.
Travel Booking & Management
Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com , Expedia, and others.
Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed. 2.
Team Expansion & Recruitment
Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings.
Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model.
Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs.
Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Compensation
Commission per successful booking.
Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
